Ah, vacation! It conjures up all sorts of wonderful day dreams, grabs our attention and “forces” us to spend countless hours doing “research” on the internet at great travel blogs like Flyaway Cafe.

I’ll start it off with my choice of the Sheraton Casablanca in Morocco. Why? Morocco fascinates me – the culture, the people, the food.
