Nominations are Closing Soon

Time is running short for nominations for the 2007 Travvies.  A new award, designed to recognize blogs and bloggers toil away on the subject of travel, nominations will remain open until 8 am (CT) on Monday, February 12th.

So — you have a little under 24 hours (at the time of my writing this), to carefully consider your nominations, and then act on it!

Just in case you are struggling with which blog might make a good nominee — let me suggest the following category:  Best Single Author Travel Blog.

This award celebrates the best travel blog written by an individual blogger. Again, the topic is open, as long as there is only one regular poster.

If you think Flyaway Cafe fits that category, I’d sure appreciate a nomination.  You can click on this link to go to the nomination page.  Then scroll down to the comment section, enter your personal information, and in the comment box type in:  www.flyawaycafe.com.

Once you do that, dion’t forget to check out all the other fun categories.  I’m sure that you’ll think of lots of great travel blogs to nominate, and as you’re reading through the other nominations, you may just find one or two new travel blogs to add to your reading list.  I know that I did.

Thanks so much — your consideration is greatly appreciated!
